What is collected, who sees it, how long it stays
Six fields, and no more, are kept when you request a booking from this DC office and reserve
The form collects six things. None of them is a card number, a passport number, a date of birth or anything about your health that you have not chosen to write yourself.

The six things the form asks for
Whether you want a segment or a whole line; which one, if you have picked; the weeks that would work; how many are travelling; your name; and an email address. There is a free text box, and whatever you write in it is kept as you wrote it. There is also a hidden field that should stay empty; it exists to catch automated submissions and is never shown to you.
What is never collected here
Card and bank details, because no payment is taken at this end. Passport and identity document numbers. Dates of birth. Health information, unless you volunteer something in the free text box because it changes what can be arranged. Nothing is bought from a data broker to fill in gaps, and nothing about you is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Who sees it, and how long it stays
The person who answers your request, and the operating company, but only the parts that company needs to hold your dates. Requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted after twelve months. Where a booking happened, the correspondence is kept for six years because that is how long a question about it can reasonably arise. Ask, and your record is deleted sooner unless something legal requires otherwise.
Measurement, cookies and what runs on this site
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking script. If aggregate traffic measurement is added later, this page will say so before it starts and will name what it counts. Nothing on this site profiles you, follows you elsewhere, or builds a picture of you across visits.
Asking to see it, correct it or delete it
Send a line to the reservations address asking to see your record, to have it put right, or to have it removed altogether. Requests are answered inside thirty days. You do not need to give a reason and asking will not affect an arrangement in progress.
